These Terms & Conditions apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging services provided by Plumors Systems LLC. Your use of this service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

SMS Disclosure & Consent

By opting-in to our SMS/MMS services, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Plumors Systems LLC related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), service-related communications, and other messages as described below. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction and settings. Standard message and data rates apply according to your mobile carrier’s terms.

On your first message from us (or when it has been 90 days or more since our last message to you), the message will clearly include: (a) our business name (“Plumors Systems LLC”), and (b) an opt-out instruction (“Reply STOP to opt out”) as required by carrier compliance.
This ensures the message meets sender identification and opt-out language requirements.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS/MMS communications from us at any time, reply STOP to any of our messages. After we receive your STOP request, we will promptly remove you from future promotional message lists (though we may still send you non-promo transactional messages unless you also opt out of all). Message Types and Frequency

Messages may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant communications. Promotional messages will only be sent to contacts who have opted in accordingly and will always include opt-out instructions. Data Rates & Charges

Standard message and data rates apply to any SMS or MMS messages you send or receive via our service. These rates are set by your mobile carrier and we encourage you to check your plan for details.

Compliance, Registration & Carrier Policy

We operate in compliance with applicable telecommunications laws, including U.S. federal laws and carrier rules under the A2P 10DLC framework, as implemented via GoHighLevel and our SMS provider. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consent to receive these messages. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SMS/MMS services if any contact list, form, or messaging activity fails to comply with A2P rules, carrier policy, or terms.

Allowed & Prohibited Content

You agree that all messaging will comply with carrier and platform requirements. Certain message types or content are strictly prohibited (including but not limited to phishing, social engineering, unauthorized financial lead generation, un-gated adult content, etc.). For a detailed list see carrier guidelines. Violation may result in message blocking, account suspension, and indemnification for associated fines or costs.

User Obligations

When using our messaging service, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with telecommunications law, carrier rules, and terms.

• Not send or cause to be sent messages that are unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or that violate these terms.

• Provide and maintain accurate contact information and opt-in documentation.

• Cooperate with us in the event of any inquiry by carriers or regulators.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Plumors Systems LLC offers two primary subscription plans: 

$297/month: Includes a fully built website, access to the Plumors Systems platform (web and mobile app), a business phone number for texting and calling, CRM access, automations, re-marketing, and customer review tools. 

$750/month: Includes all features from the $297 plan plus full management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads. 

Subscriptions are available on a month-to-month basis or a prepaid 3-month commitment, the latter including a complimentary Google My Business optimization (valued at $400).

No Refund Policy / Chargebacks / Cancellation / etc

All payments made to Plumors Systems LLC are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees and usage charges. By signing up for our service, you acknowledge that our products are custom-built, immediately initiated, and non-reversible once delivery begins.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Plumors Systems LLC reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will publish updates on our website and, where required, notify you in accordance with legal obligations. Your continued use of our SMS/MMS services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
