Used Surfboard Consignment
Replaced paper intake at a high volume used surfboard consignment shop. Cut data entry labor by 75 to 80 percent. Engagement paid for itself in under 2 months.
See case studyFor shop owners buried in paper intake and the spreadsheets it turns into. We replace the retyping with custom programs built around how your shop already works.
What changes
No Paperwork.
Paper intake, handwritten tags and spreadsheets that get retyped three times. We replace them in phases, starting with whichever one is costing you the most hours.

See contractor systemsEvery business runs on systems. Most of those systems are out of date.
Paper where there should be digital. Tools that don't talk to each other. Manual work repeated dozens of times a day because someone, years ago, wired it that way and nobody updated it since.
So we rewire it. Enter something once and it appears everywhere else. We do not propose a build until we have walked your floor.

Based on the 75 to 80 percent data entry reduction we delivered for a high volume consignment shop. Every build is scoped to your shop and delivered in phases.
Results from one shop. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
With a walkthrough. We come to you and walk the operation in person, or by phone if you are outside the service area. We diagnose before we propose anything, and you leave with a written diagnosis you can use whether we continue together or not.
We do not publish package pricing, because we do not know what an operation needs until we have seen it. Scope and price come after the walkthrough, not before. If the work is not there, we say so.
Work is delivered in phases. Discovery diagnoses the operation, finds what is costing the most time, and plans the first build. Foundation rebuilds the part producing the most friction, and by the end of that phase the difference is measurable. Later phases are optional by design.
Yes. The work is yours at delivery, with full administrative access, full data ownership and full portability. If you ever part ways with us, the build stays.
No. Anything we build, you can migrate off. We build on your infrastructure rather than moving you onto ours.
Every system we deliver comes with documentation and training, so the people who use it every day can run it without us. The engagement ends and the work keeps running.
Inventory heavy operations with paper intake and manual workflows, businesses with real volume whose systems have not kept up, and operations whose workflows do not fit off the shelf tools. We also build marketing systems for home services businesses.
We are based in Orange County, California and work across the United States. Where we can walk the operation in person we do. Outside the service area, the walkthrough happens by phone.
Whether you run a shop ready to digitize operations or a contractor looking for marketing systems, let's talk.
