Every engagement starts with a walkthrough of your shop, in person where possible or by phone outside our service area. You leave with a written diagnosis you can use whether or not you continue.
Then we work in phases. Discovery diagnoses the operation and plans the first build. Foundation rebuilds the part producing the most friction. Later phases are optional.
Scope and price come after the walkthrough. If the work is not there, we say so.
